Hoping your Holidays were a time with friends and family, and the New Year brings peace and happiness. This transitional time of year is a great opportunity to leave the excess behind, and develop new and healthful habits.

This year I will be offering a number of classes and workshops for both health professionals, and those who wish to just be healthful alike. I look forward to working with you and sharing as much of the knowlege I can on how to live in a comfortable body.
